5 stars twice! We have a 33 ft cruiser with twin 350 mags. While it was still in storage, we had Neptune Mobile come out for oil changes, filters and new plugs. The tech was on time and cleaned up his work area. When we went to start the boat, one of the starters had some issues. He offered regular and premium  options. He ordered the one we wanted, and came back and changed it. 2 great experiences and we already scheduled our winterization with them before winter.

Great service!  Saved my sailing trip.  We had a major leak from the stuffing box and had to return to the marina.  I thought our trip was over.  I called Neptune Mobile Marine and within 45 minutes they had someone scheduled to come to the marina and look at the boat.  The tech was really good, fixed our problem, gave us advice for next steps,  and suggested follow up work at our own marina.  I could not have asked for better and more prompt service.

WOW! Just wow! I called these guys, to see if they could fix my boat, we were experiencing a cut out and over heat problem. The technician (John) proved to be very professional and really knew his stuff, he found a bad wire at the coil and a broken water pump impellar, repaired both items in a very short time and had us out fishing before the evening bite, these guys really saved our weekend, And were actually cheaper than the surrounding marinas who would not even try to get to us until two to three weeks out, Thank You Neptune Mobile Marine service and A huge thank you to the technician John for the speedy repairs and the lure tips you gave us put fish in the box!!!
